Crowdfunding Campaign Success!

We've already hit our fundraising goal for the crowdfunding campaign, raising over $5,000 to support the Cap & Skull program and activities.  Thank you to everyone who has contributed!  There is still time to make a contribution, as the campaign will officially close at midnight tonight, and the need is certainly there.  We have participation from every class since 1982 except for the following years: '85, '87, '92, '95, '96, '02, and '03.  Can we get to 100% participation?

Current Stats (as of 10AM on 5/26):

Total amount raised: $5,346

Average Donation: $75.30

# of Donors: 71

Highest Class Participation: '15 (50%), '16 (33%), '06 (28%), '04 (22%)

Thank you for your support and SA!

We're halfway there!

Attention Skulls! We are proud to announce the launch of our new crowdfunding campaign. Our goal is to raise at least $5,000 to support the new Class of 2018 and to honor the graduating senior class of Skulls. Thank you to the Class of 2017 for their creativity and support in this effort. Please consider making a gift today. The Rutgers University Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Gifts made to Cap & Skull through the Foundation are deductible for federal income, gift, and estate tax purposes.  Please spread the word:!

Choose a giving level

Pied Piper

Your donation of $18 will offset the purchase of the clay pipes that members of the graduating class break on graduation day, a continuation of a favorite 215+ year-old Rutgers tradition signifying the transition from undergraduate life into adulthood.

High Cap

Your $30 donation will fund the future purchase of one of the famous bucket hats that each Skull receives on Tap Day. Cap and Skull just isn't the same without the "Cap."

Colonel Henry Rutgers

Your donation of $50 will help fund the Cap and Skull graduation sash program that the senior class proudly wears to signify their membership in Cap and Skull on graduation day.

Scarlet Knight

Newly tapped members of Cap & Skull wait anxiously for the pinning ceremony, during which they receive their coveted Cap & Skull pins. Your donation of $100 will purchase two of these pins for the new class.

High Skull

Your donation of $250 will contribute towards one of the many mixers and opportunities that current Skulls have to meet and connect with alumni throughout the year. These events are a special opportunity for Skulls to come together to make connections and build relationships with a network of other successful and inspiring individuals.

Your donation of $500 will fund the marketing materials that allow Cap and Skull to continue to educate current students "on the Banks" about Rutgers' rich history and traditions. The current class of Skulls will distribute flyers, run ads in student newspapers, and partner in initiatives that will be sure to keep the spirit of dear old Rutgers alive!
