Description
For this year only, we will be soliciting your monetary donations to Rutgers Against Hunger through the Rutgers Foundation and then distributing those dollars to our agency partners in New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden. Although we will not assign anyone individual families, as in past years, you will be able to designate which location’s social service agencies will receive your donation.
About Rutgers Against Hunger
Rutgers Against Hunger (RAH) is a university-wide initiative working to address the issues of hunger across the state of New Jersey. By bringing together the resources of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, RAH works to increase awareness of hunger, encourage advocacy and service to tackle hunger, stimulate research to assist those in need.
Why are donations necessary?
We will provide the funds to our partner social service providers in time to provide needed food and household goods to families during this holiday season.
